Zhou Wan, a resilient and determined top student, desperately seeks a way to save her seriously ill grandmother. After failing to obtain help from her mother, who abandoned her years ago, she deliberately approaches Lu Xi Xiao, her mother’s stepson and a rebellious young man, hoping to secure money for the surgery through him. During the summer after graduation, Zhou Wan and Lu Xi Xiao gradually develop feelings for one another as they navigate uncertainty and emotional barriers.
