Copyright Policy

Last Updated: 6-11-2026

DramaMoly (https://dramamoly.com) respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners and expects users of the Site to do the same. This Copyright Policy describes how we handle claims of copyright infringement and how rights holders and users can interact with our process.

1. Nature of Our Platform

DramaMoly is a streaming aggregation platform. We do not upload, store, or produce video content. Videos displayed on the Site are hosted by and embedded from third-party video hosting platforms. We organize, categorize, and present these embeds as a service to users.

Because of this structure, a takedown notice directed at DramaMoly will result in our removing the embed link or page. To have the video file itself removed from the internet, you will also need to contact the third-party video host directly.

2. Reporting Alleged Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content appearing on DramaMoly infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@dramamoly.com containing all of the following elements:

  1. Identification of the work: A clear description or title of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list is sufficient.
  2. Location of the infringing material: The exact URL(s) on https://dramamoly.com where the allegedly infringing content appears. General references to the Site are not sufficient.
  3. Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature. An electronic signature (typed name) is sufficient.

Incomplete notices may not be acted upon. We recommend consulting a legal professional if you are unsure whether the use in question constitutes infringement.

3. Our Response to Valid Notices

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will:

We reserve the right to make the final determination on whether to remove content. Submission of a notice does not guarantee removal.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If content you posted was removed or disabled and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@dramamoly.com containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and the URL(s) where it appeared before removal;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we will provide a copy to the original complainant. We may restore the material 10–14 business days after receipt of the counter-notice, unless the complainant files a court action during that period.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

It is our policy to terminate access, in appropriate circumstances, for users who are repeat infringers. A “repeat infringer” is a user about whom we have received multiple valid infringement notices, or a user who has been judicially determined to have infringed copyrights.

6. False Claims Warning

Under the DMCA and other applicable law, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages including legal fees. Please ensure all claims are made in good faith and are accurate.

7. Third-Party Video Hosts

As noted above, videos on the Site are hosted externally. To have a video file removed from the internet (rather than just from our pages), you must submit a separate takedown request directly to the video hosting platform. We are unable to remove content from third-party servers and accept no responsibility for the data practices or response times of external hosts.

8. Contact
